Built on a Handshake. Run on Follow-Through.
Teal Outdoor Services didn't start in a boardroom. It started with a decision to do something different.
After years in corporate sales — where Billy Lander watched businesses succeed and fail based almost entirely on how they treated their customers — a downsizing opened a door. Billy stepped through it, traded the conference calls for fresh air, and built the outdoor services company he always wished existed.
One where someone actually shows up when they say they will. Returns calls. Does the job right. And follow up to make sure you're happy.
That's not a tagline. It's how we've operated from day one.

Billy brings something most landscapers don't: a decade of high-level sales and customer relationship experience. He knows what it feels like to be on the customer's side — to spend money and wonder if the person you hired actually cares.
He does.
Billy personally oversees every job, manages every crew, and stays in contact with every client. When you hire Teal Outdoor Services, you're not handing your property off to whoever shows up. You're working directly with the owner of the company.
